Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Successential’s Review Response AI (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

• The Service generates suggested responses to customer reviews based on inputs you provide.
• Free plan: limited daily uses; Premium plan: subscription via Stripe.
• No legal, medical, or other regulated advice is provided.

• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you input and any responses you choose to publish.
• Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and platform policies (e.g., Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor).
• Do not misuse the Service (e.g., spam, scraping, reverse engineering, attempts to bypass rate limits).

• The tool can be used without login; some features (e.g., saved history, admin) may require tokens or credentials.
• You are responsible for keeping any tokens/credentials secure and for actions under your access.

• Premium subscriptions are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
• Pricing is shown on the site (e.g., £7/month). Taxes may apply and are handled by Stripe where enabled.
• You can cancel any time; access remains until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: unless required by law, subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has started.

• The Service, UI, software, content, and brand are owned by Successential and protected by IP laws.
• You retain rights in your input content. For the purpose of providing the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process that content.

AI outputs may be incorrect or incomplete. Review all content before publishing. We make no guarantees that outputs will meet your requirements or achieve specific results.

• No unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or discriminatory content.
• No attempts to extract model weights, scrape at scale, or overload the Service.
• No use for creating deceptive, harmful, or abusive content (including fake reviews).

We rely on Stripe, hosting providers, databases, and AI model vendors. Their terms and privacy policies also apply where relevant.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Successential will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Successential from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, unlawful use, or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel subscriptions via Stripe.

We may update these Terms. We will post changes here with a new effective date. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
